☀️ Getting active and enjoying the outdoors! 🚶‍♂️🌿
Our Aim High students headed out for a walk by the lake, taking in the fresh air and beautiful scenery. It’s a great way to stay active, boost wellbeing, and connect with each other outside the classroom.
Moments like these show how simple activities can support both physical health and social connection 💙

Aim High provides inclusive swimming classes designed specifically for people with disabilities, offering sessions twice a week. These classes focus on building water confidence, improving physical wellbeing, and creating a supportive and encouraging environment. Led by experienced instructors, each session is adapted to meet individual needs, ensuring participants feel safe, capable, and empowered in the water.

Today was all about baking — from mixing and pouring the batter to carefully adding toppings and getting everything ready for the oven. It’s wonderful to see everyone getting involved, helping each other, and building confidence along the way. 💪✨
And of course, no baking session is complete without teamwork — from preparing the treats to cleaning up afterwards! 🧽👏
We can’t wait to enjoy the delicious results! 🧁💛

💪🏀 Aim High Sports Programme 🏀💪
Our Aim High participants have been making the most of the outdoors through our inclusive sports programme. Sessions like basketball help build physical strength, coordination, and confidence, while also encouraging teamwork and social connection.
