un residential weekend where the participants will have the opportunity to listen to inspirational guest speakers, and to participate in a range of outdoor activities designed to build their self worth in a way that they can value themselves as "Person of the Year" and use this belief in themselves constructively in a team environment. To cater for the person who may not have been outstanding but who shows qualities of courage, perseverance and steadfastness in everyday life. The seminar is not designed for the academic student or for youths who are recognised by their disruptive behaviour.
2. To cover topics such as motivation, marketing yourself, law and you, team building and handling finance. These sessions are interspersed with outdoor adventure activities. Values
