Enabling and creating housing projects for investors wanting a commercial return on their investment. We are inspired by Homer’s Iliad. The Aegis (pronounced ‘ee-jis’) was a shield borne by Athena in battle, which protected her army by producing the sound of a myriad of roaring dragons, striking fear into the enemy. It was this legend from Ancient Greece which gave birth to the modern concept of doing something “under someone’s aegis”… doing something under a powerful, knowledgeable or benevolent source. Our guiding principle is sustainability : to offer property and development consultancy that takes cognisance of people, planet and profitability for future generations.
