âLoving your bodyâ is complex and oversimplification of this sentiment is not helpful. In the real world, loving your body is actually really hard to do!
So we need to work together to change how we view and talk about our bodies.
This means practicing and rewiring our brains to celebrate the amazing things our bodies does for us!
And while you may not be able to love your body every day, you can work at accepting it, flaws and allâŚ
So this week I challenge you to be kinder to yourself
Compliment yourself on things you do

âI felt energised went I went on a walkâ
âI feel calm when I rest and watch Netflixâ
âI feel powerful, motivated, and focused.â
