A rare tasting of time.
On Friday 31 July, we’re opening the cellar for Wine, Oak & Time - an intimate winter tasting of eight Brick Bay reds built to last.
Guided by Cameron Douglas MS, you’ll taste rare vintages of Pharos and Martello Rock, including wines dating back to 2005.
Each pour will be matched with a small plate by Head Chef Cam Cook, designed to lift the wine and reveal what time, oak and careful cellaring can do.
With very limited quantities remaining, this may be one of the last chances to experience these older wines in a guided tasting.
Tickets include a welcome cocktail, eight wine pours and matched small plates.
