💻 What advice would you give someone interested in design and technology?
Always take time to play around with new ideas and technologies. I've found that it not only keeps my passion for software development thriving, but is super helpful for career growth to continually be self learning.

I'm able to impact a large number of people with the work I do, which makes me feel like I'm positively impacting people's lives.
👍 How do you motivate yourself at work?
I'm motivated knowing that the projects we work on help people all over New Zealand.
✅ What is your definition of success?
Being able to look back on the work I've completed and knowing that it improved people's lives.
👫 How would you describe our company culture?
Inclusive and friendly with lots of free food and fun social events!

Last week we were privileged to have UNICEF Aotearoa visit our office to share stories about their work, including the COVAX programme which is making sure that vaccines reach every community around the world.
A number of NZ tech companies, together with RUSH, committed funds to assist this programme and have so far raised $70k!
