Get ready for an exciting year filled with innovative projects!
Daniel Hoy and T.J Jhagroo have been working hard on a range of projects that you'll see completed in 2024. Warren and Mahoney 's 90 Devonport and a new subdivision in Lower Hutt designed by Context for Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities, all have sustainability at their core.
These are just two of many projects that our team are working on, so keep your eyes peeled for even more exciting content over the next 12 months.

The last activity of the year organised by our social club, took place last night, and a jolly good time was had by all.
While some yearned for the child-friendly bumpers to be raised, the IT team literally smashed it down the alley - or did they just hack into the scoreboard to win?
We're looking forward to more fun and a little bit of friendly rivalry in 2024!
