Our latest development is taking shape! The team have been working hard on this one, trying out different textures and finishes as the design develops.

The 32 units surround a central courtyard, which will be landscaped with parking for bikes, cars and green spaces. The open plan living areas flow out towards the courtyard, and the balconies on the floor above will too, looking out into the trees.

The floor plans have been carefully considered to maximise efficiency and low maintenance materials are used throughout. Each block is visually unique, yet connected by the communal spaces - a neighbourhood of quality homes for a community to thrive in.

It was all go in the office this afternoon before the long weekend rolls around. We've been learning lots of new technologies lately to keep us on the cutting edge, so there's been a lot of sessions around the boardroom table.

Along with the grand finale of our month-long table tennis tournament and lunch at the local, it's been a great way to end a very busy week.
