Joshua Felise-Anderson from Pact Packaging East Tamaki is our Plastics Learner of the Year 2025 — and the pride in the room when we presented his award said it all.
Joshua completed his Level 4 qualification and made a real impact throughout his apprenticeship, contributing to sustainability initiatives, food safety improvements, and consistently stepping up for his colleagues along the way. Managers from across Pact Group were full of praise, and his family and colleagues were there to share in the moment. Well done, Josh!
Runner-up Frans Paulus from Gallagher Group deserves a mention too, completing his qualifications on afternoon shifts with a young family at home. A well-earned prize pack is on its way.
