Balancing Act brings together inspirational and talented wellness influencers from New Zealand sharing their professional advice and experiences on wellness topics specifically for women. This is sharing environment where woman can learn from each other and ask questions in an emotionally safe, encouraging and nonjudgmental atmosphere, with insights from both experts and those who have done it themselves in their own lives. The objective is to feel more enriched at the end of the day.

For those who know my classes you will know that I LOVE working the posterior chain - your back body: shoulders, mid back, glutes and hamstrings. So good for your posture!! Oh and everyone’s favourite: the tricep dips 🤩

Then there is your power house - your core! I’ve also been weaving in more mobility work too and the combination has been great on the body!

So grateful for my days with 🤍

There is beauty and strength in keeping things simple.
Going back to basics. So we can feel empowered rather than feeling stuck getting lost with all the trends.

I love empowering my clients, giving the tools so everyone can make the right decisions for their own body and their unique life.

I know we are all overwhelmed with the latest trends and tips etc.. but let’s trust ourselves again!

Here is what I teach:

✅mindfulness practices that calm your nervous system. Sitting while you eat. Gratitude, prayer, breathing. Whatever resonates with YOU.

Because when our mind is calm, our body can feel safe.

As a mum of 3, I know we don’t have time for complicated and I find calmness in simplicity and peace of mind.
