Be Aggressive with the Ground.

Switch drills are a great tool to prime and teach rapid & aggressive action of the thighs.

Typically I'll use A variations for more acceleration focus and cyclical for top end speed.

These type of drills can be easily regressed and progressed to continually see transfer to our speed through external implements or constraints, thigh action and rhythm.

Start implementing them into your warm ups to see real transfer to your speed.
