Mizuna is growing well in our Keyhole Garden.
Mizuna is an excellent green vegetable with a balanced nutritional profile, rich in vitamin C, potassium, calcium, fibre and beta-carotene.
It is a good vegetable for salads, hot pot fillings and namul.

We recently planted strawberries and garlic together.
These are companion plants that help each other grow.
This time I planted sprouted garlic.
It was very well rooted.

We started growing organic garlic. We use hay for the ridge mulch.
Mulch has the effect of keeping the soil temperature and controlling weeds.
