Now in its 22nd year, 95bFM’s Fancy New Band showcase is heading back to The Tuning Fork on Friday 31 July 🎶
95bFM has a long history of breaking emerging artists, with many acts from our Fancy New Band showcases getting booked nationally and internationally, as well as going on to become household names you know and love, including Fazerdaze, The Naked and Famous, Tiny Ruins, Kidz In Space, and Tom Lark, to name just a few.
This year, attendees will be introduced to the following acts:
Crook, Evie Bamford, The Bright Ideas, & Top Shelf
Please note that there are no presale tickets for this showcase, but tickets will be available at the door in three different tiers: $10.00 (unwaged), $20.00 (waged), and the option to spend $21.00+ as a donation to the station to help us keep the lights on as we build a new station and move to Karangahape Road. Your donation will enable us to keep supporting fancy new bands and turning them into fancy household names!
