Last night with was deep!
As we welcome the winter months and cold here in NZ, the change in season gives us opportunity to explore new depths in our dance.
Each week we get to taste the energy of new facilitators and explore new parts of ourselves.
We have 6 new to Manawa DJs over the coming months which is SO exciting
Don’t forget our new cacao lounge Kaupapa opens at 6pm for an hour to hang with the community before we dance at 7pm 💗

Connection Lounge ❤️
Every Friday, we open the mezzanine space, a place to arrive, soften, and connect before the dance begins.
A real chance to connection with the community, an opportunity to get to know each other off the dance floor.
We have cards around if you’d like to open your mind and be prompted to connect on another level.
Friday Dance
• Lounge opens: 6:00pm
I Opening circle: 7:00pm
Come early to land gently...
Catch up with friends, meet beautiful like-minded souls, or simply take a moment for yourself before dropping into the dance.

Cacao is a heart-opener
It supports you to feel more present, connected, and open to yourself, to the music, and to the people around you.
It’s not about performing…
It’s about softening the mind, opening the body, and allowing your natural expression to flow.
If you feel you want hydration byo water/coconut water!
If you feel called to kombucha bring that along.
Bring your own beverage of choice and if your called share it with others.

June is a special month at Manawa ✨
We’re welcoming an incredible lineup of new female DJs to the dance floor, each bringing their own unique flavour, energy, and magic to the space.
And of course, we have our first Winter Solstice retreat ,a time to gather, reflect, release, and dance our way through the longest night of the year.
