Ok, exciting developments. Three major pieces of feedback from everyone.
1. Hurry up and do it already!
2. Is freehold possible. I explain in vid
3. Cant afford freehold? Then let's try to create a community of "like minded folks" for you to lease some dirt.
Freehold, tiny homes, off grid communities. Liberty loving communities Here's how we do tiny home communities that are nice, decentralised. Provide freehold options for some, and ground lease for others
Question;
Would you buy a home in a subdivision that put clauses in its covenants to protect freedoms and liberties of those living there? And perhaps a body corp that took small monthly payments from property owners.
Sole purpose of this fund is to challenge any fines against that village, community and set legal precedents others can use (managed entirely by the village).
I welcome your thoughts? As I consider for a community I'm building in NZ.
Obviously this village would have all the other things you'd expect like community spaces for gardens, firepit and kids play area that are maintained by the residents.
But keen to hear specifically from the legal geniuses out there. Keep it simple. It needs to be a clause or two you'd like to see in a place you'd like to live. Giving you comfort you're in a community that respect freedoms just like you and has the means to challenge it, should someone's business get shut down due to government mandates.
