It was great to be part of the JAE Group Conference again this year! It’s always nice to reconnect with the wider JAE team in person and share with them some of the marketing we’ve been doing for their brand.

We spoke about the importance of CONTENT, as it’s still officially KING! Without it, our marketing job is challenging to say the least. We encouraged the 35 JAE branches in the room to identify, enable and reward the members of their teams that can contribute regular content to keep telling their brand story. We shared a recent example of another client who has introduced the ‘Golden Hardhat’ that the contributor of the best content (with the greatest engagement) each month is awarded, along with a Prezzy Card for their efforts. Nothing like a bit of healthy competition in the workplace to encourage content creation!
