What’s less widely known is that we also deliver a meaningful number of design-only projects. Often those projects become a Box build. Sometimes owners choose to tender or work with a preferred builder. Either way, the reason they come to Box is consistent: architectural design with build intelligence baked in.

Originally designed by Warrick & Wright in the 1960s, this home was entrusted to Box™ for a significant renovation that would bring it in line with contemporary living. The distinctive exterior form and building line were carefully retained to respect the home’s original modernist character, while the interior was completely reconfigured.
