The Sun in Cancer opposes Saturn in Capricorn now, impeding general life force, creativity and vitality. Mercury has also turned retrograde recently in Leo, further impeding vitality and energy. This is certainly a time to recover and replenish energy.
Saturn and Jupiter will both continue in their retrograde motion for the next few months, thereby impeding spiritual learning and foreign expansion.
The lunar nodes are conjunct the Sun and Saturn now too - further weakening the power of these two bodies and leading to physical and emotional struggles related to past experiences with family and physical health.
The Moon is transiting into Scorpio where she too is weak, leading to further decline in health and ailments related to humidity and phlegm. The Moon also squares Mercury conjunct Mars, further intensifying ills, fevers and infections.

Venus in Capricorn at the moment doesn't allow much time for playing - it's all focus, dedication and hard work! Finding and doing work that you enjoy and can pour creativity into is important for now to maintain focus.

With the Sun swiftly moving through Aquarius there is a great focus on increasing knowledge, use this opportune time to learn and expand.

Saturn is solid in Capricorn, providing structure, discipline and integrity, these attributes are required to succeed in any long term ventures. Also in matters related to governance and institutions, stick to the rules for now and things will get done.
