Reliable and organised, sauce manufacturing, Operations Manager required to cover maternity leave.
Could be a chef with the right skills looking to make a shift sideways?

Candidates should be familiar with managing Food Control Plans and production scheduling.
Fixed term contract with possibility of continuing on in a similar role if business growth occurs over that time with the selected driven candidate.

Anyone with Quality Assurance experience or Food Safety training will be strongly considered. Looking to fill this position ASAP.
