BEEF CARPACCIO
Seared eye fillet w/ crispy gourmet potatoes, rocket parmesean salad, pickled onions , capers & anchovies mayo.

OPEN CHICKEN SANDWICH
Such a winner.
Chicken breast sous vide in red wine, bacon, tomato, avocado, cos lettuce, garlic aioli, red pepper, onion on fluffy foccacia.
