Curious how the local market’s tracking? Here's a quick snapshot of what happened across three key suburbs in November:
🏡 Milford held steady with 11 sales and a strong $1.5M median, though buyers took their time - averaging 83 days to commit.
📈 Forrest Hill was the busiest of the trio, clocking 18 sales, a 36-day average to sell, and a median of $1.34M.
💰 Mairangi Bay continued to command premium prices, posting a $1.72M median with 31 days on market and 7 sales.
