With the scaffolding down on the southern elevation at Huapai Country Club, the façade is starting to reveal itself. The mahogany privacy screens and vertical louvres are now in place, while our Elegra Crystal balustrades are already installed — carefully covered and protected while the rest of the façade work continues.
Good façade work isn’t just about installing products. It’s about discipline on site — protecting finished elements, keeping the work clean, and sequencing the build so the final result stays sharp.
Next stop: the East, West and North elevations.

ACMF Maintenance Division on the tools in Rosedale 🛠️✨
Our maintenance crew has been deep in this project for the last three months.
The team has been re-fixing the open-joint cassette panel system with mechanical fixings, installing new PEF rod, and applying fresh Sika AT Façade sealant to every panel joint to keep the building protected for years to come.
Access was tough on this one (hello awkward EWP angles 👀), but Choi and the team have handled it like pros — coordinating across six buildings and keeping everything moving smoothly.
