As various alert levels are reinstated across New Zealand, we want to reassure that Flame's stores are taking all necessary precautions to ensure we're following current government and health advice and working hard to keep customers and team members safe.

Effective immediately, our dine-in areas will be closed, and we ask that all pick-up orders follow the guidelines set by your local store to ensure social distancing is followed. This may mean waiting outside the store to collect your pizza.

We look forward to helping to keep the community fed and at home and to continue to keep serving hot meals to our community.

Positive of this is our level 3 protocol is getting lots of practice and our process during this alert level is pretty good😉
So as per before, we are OPEN for lunch AND dinner for takeaways.
