I enjoy cooking meals using fresh grown herbs and veggies from my garden. Having a family full of keen divers and fishermen, seafood is often on the menu. One of the family favourites is the humble mussel often enjoyed as a fritter sandwiched in a fluffy, light fry bread with a tangy dressing
