For our first Member Spotlight, we have one of the great teams here at Sinclair House - CoLab. Read below to find out more about their company in an interview with their founder, Daniel Kinnoch.

CoLab is a cooperative of sole trader urban and regional planning professionals, operating under one brand and vision alignment. Rather than each going out on our own, we all came together to pool resourcing and skills to ensure we can best serve our institutional and private sector clients.

Our inspiration to get started was that we wanted to have the autonomy and flexibility of being able to work for ourselves, with all the benefits of a team environment.

Introducing one of our long term Sinclair House Members, Catherine Symes. With a background in public policy, Catherine has held a number of senior roles including Chief Advisor to the Deputy Mayor at Auckland Council. Most recently, Catherine founded Fear-less, with a focus on mentoring and public speaking coaching for people who are being held back by a fear of public speaking. Catherine hosts her workshops from our beautiful Boardroom at Sinclair House. Catherine and her clients love working from our spacious and light filled boardroom, and we love hosting them.
