When Generate started with Oakland, their Milenio project already had a brand. We didn’t want to lose the brand awareness, so worked in partnership with Oakland to develop a clean, modern and professional new face for the project. Our team developed a new logo, branding style and guidelines, and a rationale around the meaning of Milenio.

Our media team also paid close attention to the target audience, tailoring our creative material and message to overseas buyers and specifically those of a Chinese background. We had dual translation, English and Mandarin, and within one week the Oakland sales team had 49 qualified leads that would result in sales.

When you’re constructing a new project, it’s unlikely you’ll use the same branding again for another project. A lot of the time, it’s a one-and-done solution to an endless problem of image and customer trust.
