Microgreens come in amazing vibrant colours. Packed with nutrients and intense flavour. Matty tells me he really enjoys his time volunteering at Include Microgreens - of course seeing results like this each week is quite a highlight.

The team is back on deck, the Microgreens are planted and the year is off to an enthusiastic start. The greens will be ready for next week and for the Howick Market on Saturday the 14th. Yeaha.
