I have been given the wonderful opportunity to have a pop up shop at The Real Food Kitchen in Orewa. My first day was today, and I will be there again tomorrow (Sunday) through to Thursday close.

It's a lovely way for me to be able to showcase my work and to meet some of you lovely locals who support me in my goal to get my Omeo wheelchair.

I just had the pleasure handing over these 29 cards for my biggest card order to date. Two days non-stop card-making.

Glyn, Zac and I have to move out of our lovely rental where we have lived for the past 9 years as our landlord is putting the house on the market. As such, we are currently looking for a new place to call home. Unfortunately, we so far haven't had any luck finding any rentals that are wheelchair accessible, and, so, I would really appreciate your help.

We require;

2 bedrooms (minimum, but ideally 3 so I have a dedicated space to make my cards from)

Flat access - no external stairs and ideally no internal stairs (however, we would consider a 2 storey home if the bottom floor had at least 1 bedroom, toilet, and bathroom)

Pets allowed (we have 1 cat)
Up to $650 per week.

Glyn works at Hoyts HBC, and zac goes to WGP college, but anywhere on the Coast could work for us.
If you see or hear of anything that may be suitable, please let me know.
I have been looking on Rentals on the Coast page, Trademe and Marketplace, and will contact Rental agents directly too.
