So excited to see everyone tonight! Remember to bring your own exercise mat. Wear comfy clothes you can Moooove in. Payment can be made at the Cafe before commencement of the class. There's more space available so herd your besties and join us at 6:30pm.

1:1 Private consultations and small groups will continue at our studio in Browns Bay. Please book these in advance as there are limited spaces available.
