Its a Easter miracle...Auckland Council has decided to do further work on the Development Contributions Policy and therefore has delayed their decision making till 29th of May.

This means that we can work with our clients to get a thorough application together with less pressure.

Plan Co. are pleased to update you on the status of the Auckland Council Development Contributions Policy Change.

We have been advised by Council that the decision will now be made on the 1st of May 2025 (not next month like previously advised).

This is great news at this busy time for our industry. This means we have more time to focus on putting together quality applications for processing. This breathing space will help us get all the right information together to lodge and reduce the chances of an application being returned and then missing the cut off.

This week we had another beautiful development by our friends at Shape Architects approved by council. This development brings 3 brand new family sized homes to Bayswater making good use of a Mixed-Use Suburban Site.
