This project combines two private standalone residences with a contemporary apartment building, all designed around panoramic sea views, open-plan living, and refined modern architecture.

SkyFold | Point View Drive

The approach: where building meets horizon.

Shaped through careful iteration, Skyfold sits along the ridge of Point View Drive, mediating between quaint landscape and urban skyline. With panoramic views stretching toward the Sky Tower and Rangitoto, the project takes its name from the way architecture and horizon fold into one.

Duet | Ōrākei

Introducing Duet, a name inspired by the project’s mirrored composition, are a pair of architecturally designed homes positioned in Ōrākei, overlooking the basin.
This elevation represents one of Shape’s boldest explorations to date — a sculptural façade defined by intentional curvature, directly shaped by the spatial experience within. The mid-floor living area flows seamlessly onto a balcony that captures the expansive marine views.
