Off-season speed academy is back!

Why do look at these number? So we can determine if any top ups are required during the training week.
Max Speed: we need to make sure our athletes are getting weekly max speed exposure to stay fast.
High Speed Running (HSR): This is essential speed endurance, so being able to hit high speed efforts on repeat is super important! HSR is the distance that you have covered over 5.5 m/s (19.8 km/h)
We are now determining game day baselines so through the season we can look at trends to keep performance high. Another part of it is WHEN injuries occur, we can use this data to make an effective return to play strategy.
