Yes, yes and yes. I have known for sometime our soils are being destroyed.

Make a difference and support organic and spray free farming. We are not getting the nutrients we need nowadays with the mass produced food leading to many health issues.

Yes organic costs more, this I know. But the more we support organic farming the more will available. Or even better grow your own!

Want a healthy planet and healthy you? Then start by making some changes with who you support when making purchases.

Being in the world of sustainability I am learning about how bad the state of the world really is. And this quote is where we are heading.

Many people will not change until it is right at their doorstep, impacting them. I noticed this a lot in the coaching world as well. It would take a massive impact or devastation of some kind to make a change.

Do we want that for the planet? Many question - is it already too late to make a difference?

I don’t feel it is, yes there are going to be some hard realities coming. However if we make changes now we can still have an impact. How?

1. Stop consuming so much. When I purchase items now I am always asking do I need this (particularly clothes when I know there is 6 generations of clothing out there - 6!!) This also includes food - the majority of us eat way too much.

2. Reuse - buy second hand where you can.

3. Buy organic where you can (food and agriculture is a whole other post and not just around sustainability but for your health).

Some will say the above is too hard and yes, change can be until you do it and until you give yourself a strong why.

Is the destruction of the health of the planet and yourself not a big enough why? Maybe, maybe not - get curious and find your why🌱

Currently watching speakers at SIM-PAC 2024 Brisbane talk on textiles and fashion and it is horrifying hearing about the waste in this industry. There are many providing great solutions. I always say do your research on brands and how not only they manufacture but what is done at the end of life of many products. Fashion is the worst for waste - we have 6 generations of clothing available! 6! And most ends up in landfill. Choose wisely, and only buy what you need. Every choice you make helps our planet and the generations to come.

Your power is knowing your shadows, loving or just accepting those parts of yourself, and having the ability to choose how you use them in your life.

They can be useful when you know what they are and you can master them.

However many choose to not even look at their shadows and that is when we continue to live our life unconsciously.

It is a practice and not easy at times, but knowing thy self, all of thy self, is empowering and powerful, and funnily enough peaceful.

To truly accept all of who you are, you get to choose how you want to live and play in this life 🦋

My son takes me to the most interesting places! 🤣😂 Love him 🥰🥰🥰

Came across this comment today. Routine, habits … it is a part of what makes us who we are. And you can change them, if you really want to!

Change is always possible 😉

Now to take my own advice and get out of bed and change things up to create what I desire in this next chapter of my life 🙌🏻
