Being one half of the incredible founders of Coco Lane, Matilda is behind the scenes crafting away to produce the incredible selection of delectable cookies Coco Lane is famous for.
From starting out at their home kitchen before going full time in the business, based out of TKC, plus her journey from Starship nurse to full time baker is one worth hearing first hand!
Come visit at TKC, treat yourself to some fresh out the oven cookies and soft serve and hear more about their amazing story.

Introducing Adam, the legend behind , bringing the authentic taste of Cornwall to NZ!
Adam is a very well trained chef with 20 + years experience including time spent at Wellington’s iconic The Matterhorn and being the executive chef at Euro in Auckland.
You can get a pasty or four on their website, at , Catalina Bay Farmers market every Saturday and Sunday, Long Bay Village market and Kumeu market!
It’s been amazing to see the growth of Ansum inside TKC, with more to come!
