You don't have to be extreme, just be consistent

If you're looking for a way to make a change in your life, maybe it's time to consider the power of consistency.

Yes, you read that right: consistency is the key. While we admire the people who are able to completely overhaul their lives overnight, most of us are just not that brave. And that's okay! You don't have to drop everything and become a vegan or start exercising every day—just commit to one small thing consistently and see where it goes from there.

For example, if you've been feeling like you need to eat healthier foods but don't know where to start, pick up a few cookbooks at the library and try out one recipe each week until they become second nature. Or maybe you want to be more active so you can lose weight or feel better about yourself—start walking around the block every evening after dinner instead of watching TV.

It's easy to get discouraged when things aren't going according to plan immediately after implementing these changes—but trust us: if you keep at it consistently enough and make sure the changes are realistic, they'll pay off over time!

Do you ever feel like you don't have enough time to take care of yourself?

Do you ever feel like you're too busy to make time for wellness?

It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, and to let your health fall by the wayside. But taking care of your body is a necessary part of living a healthy life. Here are some tips for making time for wellness:

1. Get an alarm clock that wakes you up with music, not beeps and buzzes

2. Give yourself permission to enjoy what you're doing instead of worrying about how much time is left in your day

3. Take a walk at lunchtime instead of staying at your desk all afternoon

4. Pace yourself when it comes to taking on new projects or responsibilities
