Another great project that HD Structures was invited to design and view to construct. It’s the Krispy Kreme New lynn store!, HD has been involved with Krispy Kreme since their entry into New Zealand and we have helped provide interior design as well as their new build construction

This project is special becase the client wanted an easy, quick to assemble build that was fire proof and long lasting. The request was to build the store using precast panels, with quick construction techniques and pattern features that resembled the traditional Krispy Kreme store. Like brick moldings.

As per the client’s Brief, HD delivered. We provided a design that was in line with NZ standards and easy for the contractor to build. No hassle or complicated bits. The project comprised of precast concrete, steel framing and concrete slab floor.

A great project for a great client. Located over poor ground, some sound foundation engineering as well as a light weight timber framed building structure was required to make it all happen. Brought to you by HD 👍
