Carried out comprehensive 30 point check,found: The indoor coil,barrel fanblade and cowling were choked with dirt,both filters cracked and broken, the outdoor unit wasn't level,and the outdoor unit drain channel was partially blocked with dirt. Isolated supply,carried out full maintenance on indoor unit. Lifted outdoor unit up and secured on concrete feet,flushed out drain channel and leveled unit.
