A multi-award-winning alpine retreat where structural concrete blocks do more than hold the line. They help shape the whole home.

Designed by Roberts Gray Architects (), S.K.I House uses Viblock structural concrete blocks to create a quiet, grounded response to Central Otago’s extremes. The double-skinned construction supports year-round thermal performance, while the modular block system informed everything from room proportions to window placement.
