We are urgently seeking a talented and motivated AI Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building and deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that drive real business impact. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about AI, eager to innovate, and ready to make an immediate contribution.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered applications
• Build and maintain data pipelines, model training workflows, and inference systems
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools into products and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions
• Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate rapidly
• Monitor and optimize deployed models for accuracy, latency, and cost
• Document architectures, experiments, and best practices for the team
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML research and industry trends
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Solid understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with MLOps tools and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Nice to Have
• Experience fine-tuning or pre-training transformer-based models
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Background in building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Open-source contributions or published AI research
