Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to drive market expansion, dealer network growth, and brand presence across Nepal.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or personal care industry

✔ Strong understanding of product distribution, dealer management, and retail market operations

✔ Proven ability to identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners

✔ Experience working with beauty stores, cosmetic retailers, supermarkets, and modern trade outlets

✔ Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure product placement and expand market reach

✔ Knowledge of pricing strategies, trade schemes, promotional offers, and sales-driven marketing activities

✔ Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks across targeted markets

🔹 Build strong relationships with beauty stores, cosmetic outlets, pharmacies, and retail chains

🔹 Secure product placement and visibility in key retail locations

🔹 Plan and execute trade marketing activities to increase sales and market presence

🔹 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand

🔹 Coordinate with sales teams to achieve distribution and revenue targets

🔹 Negotiate trade offers, margins, and promotional activities with channel partners
