Position: AREA SALES MANAGER
Location: Dhangadi, Nepalgunj, Narayanghat, Pokhara, Itahari - One each

Job Description
- Supervision of team, junior sales staffs (dealers), whole sellers, distributers and target achievement.
- Exploring new market and appointment of dealer /retailers/distributers in feasible area on time.
- Reporting (covering all data) to immediate supervisor for analysis, suggestion, feedback and approval.
- Update development.
- Tracking and analysing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses
- Meet and exceed KPIs.

Essential Skills & Qualification
- Masters/ Bachelor completed
- 5 Years + experience in similar field.
- Managerial and leadership skills.
- Must be driven by sales Apps like DNMS/ Rosiya etc.
- Should be able to use Laptop and proficient in Microsoft Office Skills
to produce Reports
- Capacity to work independently as well as in a team
- The candidate must have a two-wheeler license
