Ensure maximum inquiries are converted into bookings by quick, detailed and accurate response
Focus on up-selling to increase overall revenue
Record all inquiries and bookings
Carry out weekly reports to Management
Inform clearly to all customers of terms, conditions and cancellation policy for each booking
Should have knowledge of (GDS) Global Distribution System.
Working Day: Mon-Sat
Knowledge of website admin panel / cpanel
Handling social media
Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts to boost sales
Knowledge of Photoshop
