Rice paddy day - In Nepali culture, mud is seen as a symbol of life and fertility rather than something dirty. There is a deeply rooted sentiment that you must touch the mud to truly appreciate the food on your plate. You cannot celebrate Asar 15 without eating Dahi Chiura (yogurt and beaten rice). It's the ultimate festival food—often topped with bananas, mangoes, or spicy pickles.
