🎯 Position: Cinematographer (Trainer & Production Lead)
👥 Required Number: 2 (Male / Female)

🎥 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Training & Skill Development
• Conduct Photography, Videography, and Cinematography training
• Mentor trainee photographers, videographers, and interns
• Teach camera handling, lighting, composition, movement, and storytelling
• Guide teams on professional shooting ethics and workflows

2️⃣ Pre-Production (Planning & Creative Direction)
• Concept development, shot listing, and storyboarding
• Location recce and lighting planning
• Camera, lens, gimbal, drone, and equipment planning
• Coordination with event, production, and creative teams

3️⃣ Production (On-Field Shooting)
• Lead video production and cinematography during events and shoots
• Operate DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema cameras
• Execute cinematic shots for weddings, concerts, fashion shows, and commercials
• Coordinate with stage, sound, and lighting teams

4️⃣ Post-Production Supervision
• Guide and supervise video editing, color grading, and sound synchronization
• Maintain cinematic quality, brand consistency, and storytelling flow
• Coordinate with editors and content teams for final delivery

📋 Major Requirements

1️⃣ Bachelor’s degree in Cinematography, Film, or a related field
2️⃣ Strong hands-on experience in photography and videography
3️⃣ Knowledge of cinematic camera movement, lighting, and framing
4️⃣ Knowledge of scriptwriting and editing workflows
5️⃣ Ability to train and lead junior team members
6️⃣ Creative mindset with attention to detail
7️⃣ Willingness to work on live events, weekends, and extended hours
8️⃣ Portfolio / showreel is mandatory (links accepted)

💍 Position: Wedding Planner (2 Positions)

As a Wedding Planner, you will:

1️⃣ Conceptualize, plan, and execute luxury, destination, and traditional weddings
2️⃣ Work closely with brides, grooms, and families to understand their vision, culture, and preferences
3️⃣ Design wedding themes, décor concepts, timelines, and detailed ex*****on plans
4️⃣ Coordinate with decorators, florists, caterers, photographers, artists, and production teams
5️⃣ Manage wedding schedules, rehearsals, ceremonies, and guest experiences
6️⃣ Oversee budgets, vendor negotiations, contracts, and logistics
7️⃣ Ensure seamless on-day coordination with flawless ex*****on and guest satisfaction
8️⃣ Handle last-minute challenges calmly, professionally, and efficiently
9️⃣ Deliver personalized, memorable, and emotionally rich wedding experiences

📋 Requirements

1️⃣ Minimum 2+ years of experience in wedding planning or event coordination
2️⃣ Strong communication, client-handling, and presentation skills
3️⃣ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
4️⃣ Creative vision with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
5️⃣ Ability to perform under pressure during live events and peak wedding seasons
6️⃣ Professional attitude with leadership and team coordination skills
