1) Just copy and paste the above code in notepad and save to anyname.txt

2) If the antivirus is working properly then it should give a warning or alert and delete the file immediately.

If you didn't see any warning or alert then you need to re-install your antivirus or change the antivirus.

Important thing is antivirus must display warning message while saving the file.
