📍 Location: Kumarigal-7, Boudha, Kathmandu
💼 Position: Full Time Inhouse - Nurse
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✅ Receive and assess new cases, ensuring proper setup of the patient’s room and required arrangements before service begins
✅ Assign and mobilize nurses based on patient needs
✅ Manage staff leave and arrange replacements
✅ Conduct training and orientation programs
✅ Take over nursing duties and provide patient care when nurses are unavailable
✅ Perform regular field visits to monitor service quality
✅ Supervise staff performance, attendance, and discipline
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
✅ Maintain reports on deployment, visits, and training
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ BN/BSc Nursing/PCL Nurisng
✅ Valid nursing license/registration
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple staff and cases
✅ Willingness to travel for field visits
✅ Must have a valid two-wheeler license
