Join Our Team as an Admin for an Offshore Australian Accounting Firm!

An offshore Australian accounting firm is currently seeking talented individuals to fill 2 administrative positions which require fluency in Mandarin Language.


👨‍💼 Job Description:

As an Admin, responsibilities will encompass various administrative tasks vital to the company's operations. These tasks include:

- Correspondence and client communication
- Liaison with tax departments such as ATO, ASIC, SRO
- Lodgement with ASIC and ATO
- Entity registration, deregistration, and other tax registrations
- Preparation and organization of documents
- Database management utilizing CRM systems
- Follow-ups on job queries
- Management of appointments and schedules
- Basic bookkeeping
- Accurate data entry of accounting information
- Assistance with client accounting reports
- Invoicing and payment collections
- Electronic filing
- Support with accounting duties as necessary
- Development and implementation of administrative systems

🎯 Requirements:

- Proficiency in Mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (preferred)
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive approach

🎓 Education:

- BBA/BBS Graduates
- ACCA Trainees
- MBA/MBS running
