By day, WOW Nepal moved with purpose.

Across open spaces, stages, sessions, and installations, Vision Three Sixty held a large-scale public environment in motion , managing flow, coordination, and experience as thousands engaged across multiple zones.

From talks and workshops to art and interaction, the day demanded clarity, discipline, and seamless ex*****on so ideas could travel freely and participation could remain inclusive.

Convened by the World Bank Group, Accelerating Foundational Learning — Going to Scale in South Asia was executed end-to-end by Vision Three Sixty.

From agenda flow, venue design, and branding to delegate logistics, parallel sessions, and technical coordination, every element was structured to support system-level dialogue across countries.

Accelerating Foundational Learning — Going to Scale in South Asia brought together voices from across the region to focus on system-wide learning outcomes — delivered through careful planning, coordination, and ex*****on.

For the South Asia Regional Conference on Foundational Learning, Vision Three Sixty coordinated the presence of policymakers, education leaders, and experts from across South Asia — managing protocol, flow, and delegate experience across borders.

When conversations involve multiple countries and systems, ex*****on has to be precise, neutral, and disciplined — so dialogue can take priority.

Behind the on-field action was a carefully coordinated effort, bringing together children, athletes, organisers, partners, and institutions into one shared experience.

For World Children’s Day 2025, Vision Three Sixty managed coordination across teams, stakeholders, and participants, ensuring flow, safety, and clarity across a complex, high-visibility public event delivered alongside UNICEF Nepal, the Cricket Association of Nepal, and the Embassy of Australia.
