Most people think plastic toys are just poured into a mold like jelly. The truth? It’s much more like blowing a giant, industrial bubble!

​Slide 1: The Raw Start 💎
It begins with HDPE pellets. We chose this material because it’s "tough as nails" but 100% recyclable.

​Slide 2: The "Pasta" Phase 🍝
We melt those pellets and squeeze them into a hot, hollow tube called a Parison. Think of it like a giant piece of macaroni hanging in the air!

​Slide 3: The "Bubblegum" Phase 🌬️
This is the secret! We clamp a metal mold around that hot tube and blast it with 90 PSI of air. Just like blowing a bubble with gum, the plastic stretches until it hits the cold walls of the mold and freezes into shape. That’s why the elephant is hollow and lightweight!

Slide 4: The "Cookie Cutter" Phase 🍪
When the mold opens, there’s extra plastic (called Flash) around the edges. Like leftover cookie dough, we don't waste it! We regrind it into pellets and melt it back down for the next elephant. Zero-waste engineering! ♻️
