Pixel Design Pvt. Ltd., a reputed offshore company in Kantipath, Kathmandu since 2010 A.D. with clientele based in Australia and USA has vacancy for following positions:

1: Trainee Sales Executive
-Salary Rs.10,000/m
-Vacancy for 20 positions

Responsibilities:
• To find leads and prospects as per the supervision of seniors
• To meet given sales target

Specifications:
• Should be fluent in spoken English
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have high school degree
• Must have basic computer knowledge

2: Sales Executive
-Salary Rs.13,500/m
-Vacancy for 10 positions

Responsibilities:
• To find leads and prospects as per the supervision of seniors
• To meet given sales target

Specifications:
• Should be fluent in spoken English
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have high school degree
• Must have basic computer knowledge
• Must have above 5 months of experience in similar industry with proven track of sales record
• Must be good at closing sales

3: Senior Sales Executive
-Salary Rs.17000/m
-Vacancy for 5 positions

Responsibilities:
• To find leads and prospects as per the supervision of seniors
• To meet given sales target
• To supervise juniors
• To assist Sales Manager
• To help in sales negotiation and closing

Specifications:
• Should be fluent in spoken English
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have high school degree
• Must have basic computer knowledge
• Must have above 10 months of experience in similar industry
• Must be very good at closing sales

Benefits:
• Monthly performance incentive (Normally, an average performer's incentive
of Trainee Sales Executive is around Rs.3500 to 5000 every month,
senior gets more as per the performance)
• Bonus of one or two month salary upon every contract completion
• Paid annual and sick leaves
• Lunch or dinner in the office
• Regular training programs

Working Hours:
• 5 working days in a week (Monday to Friday)
• Night Shift: 7:00 pm to 5:00 am
• Morning Shift: 6:00 am to 4:00 pm
